Virtual + In-Person Sessions
In-Person Sessions
– I’m located in the greater Baltimore/Annapolis area and am currently taking in-person appointments at SassWell
– All in-person coaching sessions are scheduled selectively with consideration of distance, space availability, health, intuition, and alignment.
Virtual Sessions
– I’m on Eastern Standard Time
– Carried out via voice or video call, email, etc.
Pricing + Energy Exchange
Energy Exchange is a fluid term that I resonate with and practice always. Sometimes when we work together, our Energy Exchange will be in the form of money, other times it may be in the form of trade, service-swapping, or whatever feels good and appropriate to the both of us.
Pricing is also fluid. I calculate my pricing based on many factors, including (b.n.l.t.): hours/time spent, resources and supplies, travel, etc. Sometimes there’s a sliding scale, sometimes there are discounts or group packages or specials.

As for monetary Energy Exchanges…
Single Sessions -In Person or Virtual
I currently and most usually accept PayPayl, Venmo, or Zelle.
If we’re meeting in person, cash is fine if you prefer.

These will typically have purchase links on their respective pages.
Booking Sessions
I’ll usually have booking links directly on each respective offering’s page. Most of the time, the booking process will include an email, messaging, or phone conversation between us to arrange dates and times and such. If not, you can always reach me via the general contact form at the bottom of this page.
