Embodied Soul Sessions with Brooke Nicole are the intuitive fusion of multiple holistic healing modalities that include Reiki energy work, gentle touch and compression, Vedic Thai Bodywork – Assisted Asana, Sound Frequency Therapy, Somatic Rewilding, Breathwork, Guided Meditation, and Light Activations.
Every session is a Ceremony.
Within Sacred Space, we set intention and open to receive guidance, healing, amplification, activation, and support in Divine Union with your Highest Self – your Soul. We’ll weave and flow through a relaxing mind-body-Soul zhuzhing while you fall into bliss on the mat and get squished and loved up with the beautiful, exotic flow of Vedic Thai Bodywork and Somatically Conscious, Intuitive Touch… all while receiving the healing amplifications of Light, Vision, and Sound.

This container is Holy and deeply intimate, bridging the gaps of mind to Spirit and illuminating the Heart with amplification of being in manifest.
FEELING this in body through touch, bringing LOVING AWARENESS to the Emotional Somatic Depths of YOU is key.
1111 Peace + Life
While every session is different due to the unique nature and energy of each client, most will flow through a similar structure.
We’ll start out by bringing you into a relaxed state through guided breathwork, Light Activation and sound healing. In connection with our Highest Self, The Sacred Sovereign Soul, we’ll move through a loving container of blissful bodywork, Reiki energy healing, sound frequency, and Light Code activations. We’ll close in much the same way that we began, and when we’re done you’re sure to feel lighter and more peaceful in both body and spirit.
In Person + Virtual Sessions
Embodied Soul Sessions can be held both in person or via a video call.
Of course, virtual sessions will not include the hands-on gentle touch and Vedic bodywork, but rest-assured, the session will be perfectly attuned to your needs, as the energetics of the space we’re holding is potent and divinely attuned.
Table vs. Mat
I usually use a bodywork mat for our sessions, which means you’ll be blissing out on a futon for the duration of our time together. In some instances, I can/do use a massage table for this work. If this is your preference, please reach out.
